By using seoutils.dev ("Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Simplisik LLC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

seoutils.dev is a free SEO audit tool. We run 12 checks across content, technical SEO, performance, and social tags on URLs you submit. Audit results are stored for 30 days and are accessible via a shareable URL.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only audit websites you own or have permission to test. You agree not to:

• Submit malicious, illegal, or phishing URLs
• Attempt to overload or abuse the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering at scale
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service

4. Rate Limits

Free usage is limited to 20 audits per IP address per hour. We reserve the right to adjust limits or restrict access to maintain service quality.

5. Intellectual Property

Audit results are yours. The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by Simplisik LLC.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness of audit results. SEO recommendations are informational and do not guarantee improved search rankings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Simplisik LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
